Next was Lurgan’s turn to bat. Starting well, a good partnership between S Todd and E McMurray resulted in a total of 64 for Lurgan. This was accompanied by good batting displays by S McCollum who scored 19 and S Hinds who scored 13. As the batting continued, Lurgan quickly approached North Downs score with the final over being the decider. Although losing the game, it was a promising performance from the Ladies who have worked very hard this season to reach this stage.
